Our Policies

Late Policy

In the event that you are running late, please notify the salon as soon as possible. If you are delayed by more than 10 minutes please be aware we may not be able to allocate your full appointment time. We reserve the right to charge the full treatment cost.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice where possible. Should you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked treatment may apply at the discretion of the salon manager.

Non-Attendance Policy

If you do not attend a scheduled appointment and no cancellation notification is received, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booked treatment which must be paid prior to booking further appointments. This is at the discretion of the salon owner. We have an answer machine on which cancellation messages can be left 24 hours a day.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required for large groups i.e. bridal parties. Deposit must be paid in advance in order to secure your booking.

Returns Policy

If you are returning a product purchased in our salon store, it is our pleasure to exchange it for a product of equal value or a credit note providing the product is unused and in a re-sellable condition. Proof of purchase will be required.
