Waitlist Guidelines

Waitlist Guidelines:

As soon as we have the official ‘greenlight’ to reopen we will contact you to arrange appointments.

How this will work:

  • We will contact all clients who have missed appointments in our system.
  • We will contact clients on our waitlists.
  • If we can’t reach you, we will leave a message with a mobile number you can call us back on to reschedule your appointment.
  • We will divide this job between our team; so to try and avoid you receiving multiple calls from different team members we ask you to follow the below guidelines.

Please note:

  • You do not need to join the waitlist if you have a missed appointment in our system.
  • Our waitlists have been repeatedly updated since January. If you have sent a request previously to add your name to our waitlist, you do not need to submit another request.
  • If you would like to update your appointment or make multiple appointments e.g. hair & beauty or appointments for other members of your family, you can arrange this when reception call you. It is not necessary to send multiple requests to our waitlist page.

We apologise in advance if you are called by multiple team members.

We are aware a number of people have joined both the hair & beauty waitlists and have missed appointments within our system or have sent in a request for an additional family member with the same contact details.

Many people have also sent in multiple requests. We have tried to sift out these multiple requests where possible, but you may remain duplicated on one of our lists.

Just to reassure you, when you send in a request you will not receive a direct reply. Our emails have been set to automatically respond.
