I MISSED MY APPOINTMENT WHILST THE SALON HAS BEEN CLOSED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
All clients who have missed appointments will be contacted as a priority as soon as we know when we are allowed to reopen. Currently we cannot reschedule appointments until we know when we are allowed to reopen and what restrictions will be put in place by the government. Our online booking system is currently disabled until we have full guidelines in place.
SHOULD I CANCEL MY BOOKING ONLINE?
No – please leave your appointment in the diary so as we have a record of it. That way we can contact you once we reopen.

with your request. Payments will be taken via bank transfer (an email invoice will be sent out to you). We are delivering orders locally or if further afield we can have it posted out to you.
The ranges we stock include:
Hair: Wella, Sebastian, Nioxin and GHD.
Beauty: Alumier MD, Delilah Cosmetics, Decleor, Spongelle, Arran Sense of Scotland, Vinylux and Eve Taylor.
We are offering lockdown skin consultations and can put together a personalised skin care routine for you via FaceTime (or email with images) with recommendations from our medical grade range of professional products – Alumier MD.
We are also retailing Alumier MD through our specially created online portal, with lots of product information available – their Instagram page is also a fantastic source of information with expert webinars etc. If you are interested please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you a link to our online portal. Any purchases will be sent directly from Alumier to your doorstep. Please let us know if you have any skin care concerns and if we can also offer advice via email or Facetime. A full skin care routine will be sent to you.
CAN I STILL BUY GIFT VOUCHERS FOR BIRTHDAYS / CELEBRATIONS?
Gift Vouchers are available to buy here and can be sent either by SMS, email or by post directly to the recipient.
