Celebrations! We’re proud to promote Amy Loftus to Principal stylist. Amy consistently delivers on our promise of ‘every client looking and feeling fabulous’, and there is no stylist better at transforming clients with a short, trendy cut! This promotion reflects her outstanding skills and client dedication. Congratulations, Amy!
We welcome Rhianne Scott and Nicole Laurence as Stylists within our Hair team. Both stylists have been training with Sutherlands since 2020 and completed their VTCT Level 3 hairdressing with Dundee & Angus College. As a limited time introductory offer you can book a colour with Nicole or Rhianne with a 20% discount for new bookings.
Don’t forget your SPF! The hot, dry summer has taken a heavy toll of our farmland; the same may be true of our skin. We’re here to help. We’re offering FREE* skin rejuvenation consultations at our salon to assess your skin health and explain our range of treatments and products to rejuvenate your skin. * Nominal £10 booking fee redeemable against future skin treatments.
Client survey. Thank you for your feedback! Here’s a summary of how we’ve responded: loyalty scheme extended to Hair and Beauty, espresso machines, upgraded music and speakers, more services for online booking,turned off email confirmation requests (you will continue to receive text reminders). Renovation is in the works for our bottom level Hair and then our Beauty rooms. Please keep your feedback coming!
Cancellations. We continue to experience a high number of short-notice cancellations. We appreciate that plans can change and COVID isn’t over, but as a small family business cannot sustain this cost. Here is how you can help – we politely request at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. Our cancellation policy can be found here and on our website.
