We’re currently looking for someone to join our front of house team! This is a part time maternity cover role, around 21- 30 hours and includes Saturdays.
As front of house you are the first and last person to engage with our clients, so your role is pivotal! You are responsible for facilitating the client journey including fielding the first enquiry, completing the booking process, guiding retail purchase decisions and taking payment. The core of the role is essentially ensuring our clients are aware of the services and products we offer, guiding them through the decision process and organising the successful delivery of our services/products.
As a leader of the client journey we are relying upon your leadership, teamwork, proactivity and self-organisation to ensure our salon continues to run efficiently and that our clients feel cherished. We’re looking for someone that can demonstrate excellent people skills (warm, friendly, good communicator) whilst also possessing strong organisation and prioritisation skills (calm under pressure, managing competing demands for your attention!).
